This motion picture has had this kind of an emotional force on me, I think it’s tough to write commentary on it. I’ve read a great deal of any earlier comments. Nearly all have got good points to make, however the thing that I believe most are struggling to both explicate and come to terminology which is simply why this movie is SO cherished. Loved for the extent that for most people it is an practically spiritual experience or for those of a more secular environment akin to myself, loved as one of the crucial devastatingly uplifting things which can happen to you while watching a movie.

Thus I’m not gonna review A Thousand and One Nights, I am only going to struggle in my own direction to explain this film. It took me a number of viewings to get why I connect with it so extremely, but here it goes.

Most individuals on this world are miserable. Most people in this world don’t want to become miserable. Tons of people hope, pray and particularly desire for that enchanting stick to wave and clean them of their fears, cutbacks, angers and suffering once and for always. They set eyes on plenty of others seemingly on this magical state, whereas they suffer. To make use of the words of another motion picture, they are watching the bluebirds fleeting over the rainbow.

Many depressed people have learned this magical stick does not exist. They don’t seem to be destined to join any bluebirds and fairytales don’t come true. It is not that nobody lives joyfully ever after, it’s just that they are not going to. They are busy dying. However with any luck this movie shall cheer them up…
